Booking Policy of The Leaf n Lantern

  • Prior reservation must be made with a 50% advance payment to confirm the booking.
  • We accept payments via Online Banking, UPI, NEFT, and Cash.
  • International cards are not accepted.
  • If cancellations or postponements are made 15 days prior to the check-in date, 100% refund of the paid amount will be issued.
  • If cancellations or postponements are made 10 days prior to the check-in date, 50% refund of the paid amount will be issued.
  • If cancellations or postponements are made within 10 days of the check-in date, 100% of the paid amount will be retained as cancellation charges, and rescheduling will not be permitted.
  • In case of a No-Show, there will be no refund or rescheduling.
  • The remaining balance amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of advance payment.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and applicable charges.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any bank or transaction charges during refund will be borne by the guest.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Terms & Conditions

  • In case of late check-in, check-out at 10:00 AM the next day is mandatory. Guests may continue to use the amenities until check-out.
  • Campfire will be provided complimentary for 2 hours (subject to weather conditions). Any extension will be charged extra.
  • Starters must be ordered separately as per the à la carte menu of the restaurant at an additional cost.
  • Outside food is not permitted on the property.
  • Loud music is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
  • Guests are required to carry valid government ID proof at the time of check-in.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property, and charges will be applied accordingly.
  • Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
  • Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and proper decorum during their stay.
  • Use of amenities is at the guest’s own risk.
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas, and guests are expected to behave responsibly.
  • Any illegal activities or misconduct will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
  • Management reserves the right to modify rules or deny entry in case of non-compliance.
  • This is a pet-friendly property. Guests bringing pets are fully responsible for their behavior and any damage caused by them will be charged to the guest accordingly.
